Nikola Šućur Joins BFF as New Marketing Director

As of February 1st, Nikola Šućur has joined our team as the new Marketing Director at Baby Food Factory.

Nikola brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, with an impressive track record in brand development, product launches, and market activation. He began his career at InBev in Montenegro, continued at Heineken in Serbia and Hungary, and then held leadership roles at Nectar and Molson Coors.

In his new role, Nikola will focus on long-term brand-building strategies, developing innovative marketing approaches, and improving processes within the marketing department.


“Thanks to excellent collaboration and the team’s experience, the transition into this role has been both efficient and productive. We have a clear strategy and set priorities, and through daily conversations and analysis, we’re mapping out the key areas to focus on. I’m excited to join BFF right before a major campaign and our biggest project for 2025, where I can contribute alongside my team and leave a personal mark. This is a great opportunity to get familiar with the specifics of BFF’s operations and help further develop the marketing function,” said Nikola.
