No beginning is easy, each change also brings new opportunities. It’s almost two years since my new beginning when I became part of Nelt Group and a great HR team at Baby Food Factory. And what’s it like at BFF?
Just like at home! The scent of fruit and cinnamon fills our factory, evoking the feeling of being in grandma’s kitchen. 🙂 A sense of belonging and togetherness developed in me from the very first days – we are all part of one team, working toward a shared goal: to support healthy habits for all generations.

Being a technologist in our factory involves daily participation in creating health habits and this is what fulfils me. My focus is on safety and quality of food, and team energy as well, as I believe that good results are possible only when all of us are working in unison. By taking small steps, making improvements and carefully selecting raw materials, we manufacture quality products that are a part of healthier and brighter days for our consumers.
