Responsible Business Conduct Reporting Channel

BFF provides a confidential channel for reporting violations of regulations and sustainability standards, including human rights, community rights, prohibition of child and forced labor, environmental protection, and business ethics.

The channel is available to all individuals affected directly or indirectly by BFF’s operations, while dedicated reporting channels have been created specifically for BFF employees.

Reports may be anonymous or non-anonymous, and whistleblowers are protected against retaliation. Reports can be submitted in Serbian, English, or any other language spoken by the submitter.
